Enable HTTPS Redirection in IIS with HSTS

HTTPS is an important protocol for the security of Web applications. Forced automatic redirection of HTTP traffic to HTTPS is an important security measure that prevents transactions over an insecure channel. It should be done from the settings of the relevant website on the IIS screen. As a prerequisite, the website must have HTTPS binding with a valid certificate.
