Restrictions

Restrictions may determine the number of simultaneous logins users can use, the computers or IP addresses they can log on to. All these constraints work together. Therefore, the session is closed as soon as it enters into any restriction.

You should be careful when assigning policies prepared for restrictions to users. The restrictions included in the applied policy will directly affect active sessions and cause open sessions to be closed. Policies should be implemented carefully to avoid damaging data contained in open sessions on end-user computers.

Multi-Logon Control

User has access only 1 remote logon allowed. When user try to access second session simultaniously, user warns with MultiLogon Control message and then logged out automatically after count end.

Computer Restriction Control

You can restrict the computers from which users can log on via computer name, security groups and OUs to which the computers are members. If an attempt is made to log in to a computer other than the one to which the restriction is applied, it will not be allowed. Additionally, open sessions are automatically closed.

IP Restriction

You can restrict the computers that users can log on to by IP Address, Range or subnet. IP addresses added to the restriction cannot log in to computers outside the range or subnet, and if there is an open session, it is automatically closed.
