The Users screen lists the users that are monitored and/or protected in the protected or unprotected state, regardless of policy application. The users listed here are considered licensed.

Functions of the buttons in the order they appear

Reset Authenticator: Deletes the 2FA key of the user who has 2FA set up from the database. Deleting this key requires reconfiguring the Authenticator in the agent login on the portal and/or computer.

Send Logoff: Closes all active sessions of the relevant user. Requests confirmation.

Delete user: Deletes the user. The SessionLimit license used by this user is also removed. If the user logs in from any computer after being deleted, they are added to the list again.

Activites: Lists the user's active sessions and past activities.

User Info: Shows the user's basic information taken from Active Directory.
