## Certificate Requirements

SessionLimit establishes an HTTPS secure connection for communication between the agent and the server. Therefore, a reliable SSL certificate is needed for the server web portal running on IIS. The requirements for the certificate are as follows.

* A public web server certificate containing the address where the Web portal is published in the CN,
* A wild card public web server certificate containing the domain name of the address where the Web portal is published in the CN,
* A web server certificate from the Internal CA that meets the above name requirements
